- Your email and preferred language when you subscribe. For the optional skills newsletter, we also store the origin world, selected topics and product page you subscribed from, as well as consent and the date.
- Purpose
- Sending you the weekly newsletter with AI marketing news and strategies. If you choose the skills newsletter, sending library updates based on your selected topics; it is independent and optional.
- Legal basis
- Your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Retention
- As long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we delete your data.
- Recipients
- We don't share your data with third parties unless legally required. Data is hosted with providers offering adequate safeguards.
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to garodruben@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish DPA (aepd.es).
